Fulfillment
Orders for holds and volumes are manufactured on demand. Our manufacturing process controls the time before we can ship an order. The following is our typical time to ship duration:

- If in stock, hardware, gym equipment, and seconds will ship within two or three working days.
- Small retail/wholesale hold orders are prioritized and can ship within four - five working days.
- Larger orders can take more than 2-4 weeks to fulfill. If you're in a hurry, please contact us or place a note in the order and we'll do what we can to prioritize your order.
- Not having a color specification for the holds tends to speed up production time.
- Out of stock macros are either backordered for stocking or shipped from the manufacturer.
Delivery
We ship from Salt Lake City, Utah, USA - the best climbing and skiing in the world. Most orders ship UPS. Larger orders (>~300 lbs) will trigger an option to ship via freight.
For freight, we use a spot-pricing freight integrator. When we have the actual weight and dimensions of your order, we place a bid out on the spot market. We have discovered this provides the lowest possible price. We will then contact you with the actual, final shipping cost. You will log into your Habit account and purchase Habit Dollars in the amount of the shipping costs - and reference the order number in the order notes.
International Shipping
Please contact us for large international orders prior to placing the order. We can work with you to determine the best shipping options.
